Curious about canning your own food at home? Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers at this free introductory online class and learn how to use boiling water and atmospheric steam canners to can quick pickles out of a variety of fruits and vegetables. (Who said a pickle has to be a cucumber?) Watch a live canning demonstration and glean tips from experienced canners. This class is hosted by the UC Master Food Preservers of Amador County.
