As the Regional Program Coordinator for Region 7, I supervise a team of 4-H professionals in Alameda, Contra Costa County, San Mateo/SF County, and Santa Clara County. 4-H provides a hands-on, learn-by-doing environment where young people can find their spark. My dedication to the program is rooted in witnessing that spark being identified, nurtured, and developed, time and time again.
